CMTC Registration Base Fee
The registration base fee includes: (a) four convention days; (b) access to all seminars and workshops; (c) access to the Friday theme party dance; (d) a personalized certificate of participation; (e) entrance to the awards reception, ceremony, and dance; and (f) the inclusion of the contestant's photo in the CMTC program book (provided that the Contestant’s photo is uploaded to CMTC’s website on or before February 1, 2025; the photo meets the upload specifications listed on CMTC’s website; and the Contestant’s registration fees have been paid in full by March 1, 2025.
Please note, selecting a division is a requirement for registering for CMTC.

CMTC Competitions
Prices. Competitions are priced at $50.00 (plus applicable taxes) each. After March 1, 2025, the price of competitions will increase to $75.00 (plus applicable taxes) each.
Minimum Number of Competitions. Contestants must enter a minimum of three (3) competitions.
No Refunds. Please note that competitions cannot be removed or refunded.
Adding and Exchanging Competitions. Contestants may add competitions or exchange one competition for another until March 1, 2025. To update your competition selection, complete the Add a Competition Form and/or Exchange a Competition Form via the Contestant Hub on CMTC's website. The password to this form will be in your registration confirmation email.

Contestants have the option to add Visitor Passes and/or Awards Ceremony Guest Tickets to their CMTC account.
Please note, contestants under the age of 18 are required to have a visitor's pass added to their CMTC 2025 account.
Please note, tickets for the Saturday Night awards ceremony and dance are included in the Contestant's registration base fee as well as in the price of the Visitors Pass. Contestants and Visitors do not need to purchase an Awards Ceremony Ticket.
The Awards Ceremony Guest Ticket is an option for anyone who would like to bring a guest to only the awards ceremony and dance on the Saturday evening of CMTC.
Visitor Passes
Visitor Passes. Visitor passes include (a) four convention days; (b) competitions that are open to an audience (see CMTC Competition Rules and Regulations); (c) seminars and workshops; (d) access to the Friday theme party dance; and (e) entrance to the awards reception, ceremony, and dance.
Contestants under the age of 18 years. Contestants who are minors under the age of 18 years must have an adult visitor, aged 18 years or older, attached to their account. A visitor pass is not included in the registration base fee of minors.
Exception - Siblings. If multiple contestants are siblings and those siblings are minors under the age of 18 years, only one adult visitor, aged 18 years or older, is required. The adult visitor may be attached to any one of the siblings' accounts.
No refunds. Visitor passes are non-refundable.

Awards Ceremony Guest Tickets
Awards Guest Tickets. Contestant and visitor badges permit entrance to the awards ceremony, reception, and dance. However, if you would like someone who is neither a contestant nor a visitor to attend the awards ceremony, reception, and dance, then you should add an awards guest ticket to your account. Awards Ceremony guest tickets include admittance to the awards ceremony, reception, and dance.
No Refunds. Awards Ceremony guest tickets are non-refundable.
