CMTC Registration Base Fee
The registration base fee includes:
(a) four convention days (April 29 - May 3, 2026);
(b) access to over 12 seminars and workshops;
(c) access to the Friday theme party dance;
(d) a personalized certificate of participation;
(e) entrance to the awards reception, ceremony, and dance;
(f) twelve (12) online CMTC 2026 live prep sessions; and
(g) inclusion of the contestant's photo in the CMTC program book (provided that the photo is uploaded to CMTC’s website by February 1, 2026, meets all upload specifications, and the registration fees are paid in full by March 1, 2026).
Please note: Selecting a division is a requirement for registering for CMTC.

CMTC Competitions
Prices: Competitions are priced at $75.00 (plus applicable taxes) each. After March 1, 2026, the price of competitions will increase to $95.00 (plus applicable taxes) each.
Minimum Number of Competitions: Contestants must enter a minimum of three (3) competitions.
No Refunds: Please note that competitions cannot be removed or refunded.
Adding and Exchanging Competitions: Contestants may add competitions or exchange one competition for another until March 1, 2026. To update your competition selection, complete the Add a Competition Form and/or Exchange a Competition Form via the Contestant Hub on CMTC's website. The password to this form will be in your registration confirmation email.

Contestants have the option to add Visitor Passes and/or Awards Ceremony Guest Tickets to their CMTC account.
Please note: Contestants under the age of 18 are required to have a visitor pass added to their CMTC 2026 account.
Please note: Tickets for the Saturday Night Awards Ceremony and Dance are included in the contestant's registration base fee as well as in the price of the visitor pass. Contestants and visitors do not need to purchase an Awards Ceremony Ticket.
The Awards Ceremony Guest Ticket is available for anyone who would like to attend only the Saturday evening awards ceremony and dance.
Visitor Passes
A Visitor Pass includes access to:
(a) All four days of the convention
(b) Competitions open to an audience (see CMTC Competition Rules and Regulations)
(c) Seminars and workshops that are open to an audience
(d) Friday theme party dance
(e) Awards reception, ceremony, and dance
NOTE: Contestants under the age of 18 must have an adult visitor (18+) attached to their account. A visitor pass is not included in their base fee.
Exception – Siblings: If multiple contestants are siblings under 18, only one adult visitor is required and may be linked to any sibling’s account.
No refunds: Visitor passes are non-refundable.

Awards Ceremony Guest Tickets
Awards Guest Tickets: Contestant and visitor badges permit entrance to the awards ceremony, reception, and dance. However, if you would like someone who is neither a contestant nor a visitor to attend, you should add an Awards Guest Ticket to your account. Awards Ceremony Guest Tickets include admittance to the awards ceremony, reception, and dance.
No Refunds: Awards Ceremony Guest Tickets are non-refundable.
